Your Loops Maker Terms of Use

Effective date: October 7, 2026

These Terms apply to Your Loops Maker, provided by SAM Professional Services Consultants LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for your use. The app is not intended for children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their location.

1. Free and Pro features

Free features include creating and playing beats in the current session, built-in sounds, four patterns, and Live Pads.

Pro adds saving beats to your cloud Library, playlists and Q-it performance with saved beats, WAV export, custom WAV track imports, and importing or sharing editable beat files. No app account is required to purchase or restore Pro, import WAV track sounds, or export WAV audio. An optional account with a verified email is required for cloud saving, your saved-beat Library, and playlists. Available plans and current prices appear in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation.

The current iPhone and iPad app does not include Google Drive backup or Pack Studio. A shared beat file is an independent copy, not a revocable public link. Feature availability may depend on your device, connection, subscription status, and supported file formats.

2. Accounts and saved music

Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Your Your Loops Maker account and the Apple Account used for purchases serve different purposes.

Save changes you want to keep. Unsaved work is not guaranteed to survive closing the app or a device interruption. Keep independent copies of important music using available export or sharing tools. Cloud saving is not a guarantee against every form of data loss. Subscription expiration does not itself delete your account, but access to saved-music features may require an active Pro subscription.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Purchases. Pro is offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The purchase screen identifies the plan, price, currency, and billing period before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. We do not collect your full payment-card details.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the new period begins. Any trial or promotional conditions will be shown when offered; do not assume a trial is included unless the purchase screen says so.

Management. In the app, use Settings → Manage subscription, or manage the subscription through Apple’s subscription page (https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Cancelling generally stops future renewal while access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to Apple’s handling of refunds, revocations, and other account changes.

Signing out is not cancellation. Deleting the app or your Your Loops Maker account also does not cancel billing. Manage renewal separately through Apple.

Restoring access. Use Restore purchases to reconnect an eligible purchase. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. No Your Loops Maker account is required. Restoration does not create a new purchase and cannot guarantee access to an expired or refunded subscription.

Refunds and price changes. Apple administers refunds for App Store purchases. You can request assistance through Apple’s refund service (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Any applicable consumer rights remain in effect. Price changes, notices, and any required consent are handled under applicable law and Apple’s subscription rules; we do not promise that every price change automatically applies at the next renewal.

4. Your music and our intellectual property

You retain whatever rights you hold in your original patterns, recordings, and other content. Saving or sharing content does not transfer ownership to us. You give us permission to host, reproduce, process, and transmit it only as needed to provide the requested app features, support, security, and legally required retention.

You must have the necessary rights to import, use, and distribute any custom audio. Possessing a recording does not necessarily give you permission to redistribute it. You are responsible for the content you share and the rights needed for your intended use. We do not guarantee that your music are unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims.

The app’s software, branding, interface, and supplied materials remain ours or our licensors’. Your permission to use the app does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant a right to resell the app, extract and distribute its sound assets as a separate sound library, or use our branding to imply endorsement. Applicable third-party licenses and legally permitted uses remain in effect.

5. Sharing and imported files

Editable beat exports may include custom audio along with the beat’s patterns and settings. Check the file and your audio rights before sharing. Recipients receive independent copies; removing a beat, ending a subscription, or deleting an account cannot revoke copies already delivered.

Only import files from sources you trust. Unsupported, damaged, or oversized files may be rejected. Importing a recording as a track sound does not automatically analyze its musical tempo, stretch it to match a beat, or turn it into a synchronized song.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious files, or submit abusive or unlawful content. Do not bypass subscription checks, interfere with security, overload services, or automate abusive access. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except where a license or applicable law permits it.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address violations, security threats, or legal obligations. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support about the decision.

7. Account deletion and service changes

You can request account deletion in Settings → Your account → Delete my account. Confirmation requires your app password. Deletion permanently removes your account and associated saved music from active app systems, subject to the retention details in our Privacy Policy. Files already shared or exported remain outside our control.

If you cannot access your account, email info@spsconsultant.com. Do not send your password. Remember to cancel any Apple subscription separately.

We may maintain, update, or discontinue features. Material changes to paid services, notices, and any available remedies will be handled under applicable law and store rules.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as available, without promises that it will operate without interruption, work on every device, or preserve every item of data in every circumstance. No additional implied warranties are provided except those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our aggregate liability arising from the app is limited to the greater of US $50 or the amount you paid for the app’s services during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights. They do not limit responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.

9. Apple’s license terms and applicable law

For App Store downloads, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to the app license. These Terms address our service relationship and do not remove rights provided by that agreement or mandatory law.

Alabama law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any legally required alternative forum, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in Alabama. Nothing here deprives you of protections or court access that the law of your residence requires.

10. Privacy, updates, and contact

Our Privacy Policy (https://spsconsultant.com/appprivacy) explains how we handle information. We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. We will give notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
