Your Loops Maker Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
SAM Professional Services Consultants LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Your Loops Maker. This policy explains how we handle information in the Your Loops Maker iPhone and iPad app and when you contact us about it.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@spsconsultant.com (mailto:info@spsconsultant.com).
1. Information we handle
Account information. If you create an account, Firebase Authentication processes your email address, password, account identifier, verification status, and information needed to secure sign-in. Our app uses your account identifier to associate your saved music with you. Do not send your password to support.
Your music. When you save music to your cloud account or import a shared beat into your cloud Library, we store the content needed to reopen your music: beat names, patterns, tempo, time signature, track names, mix settings, sound references, playlists, and imported audio. WAV track imports stay in the current app session until you choose cloud saving. When you save them with a beat or import a shared beat into your Library, those sounds are uploaded to your account’s sound library. A sound may remain there even after an individual beat is deleted, because other saved beats may use it. Account deletion includes this sound library.
Subscription information. Apple processes App Store payments. We use RevenueCat and Apple purchase information to check Pro access, restore purchases, and handle subscription status. You can purchase and restore without creating an app account. RevenueCat uses an anonymous purchase identifier for guests and an app account identifier if you choose to sign in. Subscription information can include these identifiers, product and transaction identifiers, purchase and expiration dates, and subscription status. We do not receive your full payment-card number or card security code.
Technical information. Our app infrastructure and service providers may process IP addresses, device and operating-system information, app version, request times, installation identifiers, performance measurements, IP-derived country information, and error or security logs. Remote app images contact their hosting providers when loaded. The app does not request access to your contacts, precise GPS location, or photo library to create beats or import files.
Support communications. We receive the information you send when asking for help, such as your email address, problem description, and any screenshots or files you choose to include.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; save and retrieve music; verify subscription access; answer support requests; diagnose problems; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your account information, saved music, or support communications to advertisers.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required. You can withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.
3. Providers and disclosures
The app uses these services:
– Google Firebase and Google Cloud: authentication, private music storage, backend operations, and performance monitoring. See Firebase privacy information (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).
– Apple: App Store purchases, subscription management, and platform services. See Apple’s Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
– RevenueCat: purchase verification and subscription management. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy).
– Content-hosting and support providers: delivery of app images and other resources, including assets hosted through Base44, and delivery of support communications. Content hosts receive ordinary connection information when resources load.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect people or service security, or investigate abuse. If our business is reorganized, sold, or transferred, information may transfer with the service, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.
4. Files you import, export, or share
Import uses the files you choose through your device’s file picker; it does not give us unrestricted access to your Files folders. A shared editable beat file can include its patterns, settings, and custom audio. Your device’s sharing service and the recipient receive the file you choose to share.
Recipients have independent copies. Deleting your original beat or account does not remove files already exported, shared, or stored by other people. The current app does not provide Google Drive backup or revocable public beat-sharing links.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account information and saved music while your account exists and as needed to provide the service. Subscription expiration alone does not automatically delete your saved music, although Pro access may be needed to use saved-music features.
You can request permanent account deletion in Settings → Your account → Delete my account. The app asks for your app password to confirm identity. Deletion removes your account and associated saved beats, playlists, and imported sounds from our active app systems and requests removal of your RevenueCat customer profile. Cleanup continues if you close the app. We process deletion promptly and generally complete removal from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legally permitted retention.
Limited security, support, transaction, or legal records may remain where necessary to prevent abuse, handle disputes, comply with law, or establish that deletion occurred. We retain a deletion record containing a one-way account-identifier digest, completion status, and time to prevent delayed requests from recreating deleted data. It contains no email, password, or music.
Provider backups and operational records may take longer to expire under provider retention schedules. For example, Firebase states that removal of authentication information from its live and backup systems can take up to 180 days after deletion is initiated. Apple may retain purchase records under its own obligations and policies.
For deletion of support correspondence or conversations from earlier test versions, email info@spsconsultant.com with enough non-sensitive information to identify the records. Support records are retained as needed for support, security, and legal obligations; provider backup retention may also apply.
Deleting the app, signing out, or deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or your Apple subscription settings, to cancel renewal separately.
6. Security and international processing
We use encrypted connections, authenticated access, and account-based access controls to protect information. No service can guarantee complete protection from loss or unauthorized access.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Applicable privacy and transfer requirements govern this processing; using the app does not waive your legal rights.
7. Privacy rights and children
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact info@spsconsultant.com to make a request, including if you cannot sign in. We may need to verify identity before releasing or deleting information. An eligible privacy request does not require a Pro subscription.
Your Loops Maker is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their location. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion.
8. Policy updates and contact
We may revise this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or request consent for material changes where required.
